FEATURES

Calendar

Plan all sorts of recurring events and set reminders for them. The easy to use interface will never let you miss an event. It’s easy to set up multiple calendars and share them with other users. The calendar supports the import and export of the popular iCalendar standard files.


Files

Store your personal files online and share them if you want with co-workers or clients. You can easily edit files locally and they will be transferred back to your online disk automatically. You can uploadfiles or even entire folders easily with the Java upload program. You can also create corporate templates for text documents or any other kind.


Email

Access your e-mail everywhere in the world. With the templates you can create professional signatures and send newsletters to keep your customers up-to-date with your latest news. This module is integrated with all other modules.


AddressBook

Integrated with all other modules, the addressbook allows you to stay in contact with your customers, friends, and family. Keep track of potential customers, and even schedule a call or appointment right from your addressbook. The addressbook keeps track of all the customers related notes, e-mail, files etc. With the ticket system you will be reminded of important events so you will never forget a customer.


Notes

With notes integrated into every part of your office space you can keep track of any and everything you do. You can associate your note with a calendar, addressbook entry, file, or any other module. Notes also support encryption, which means you can keep things private.


Tasks/Projects

With the projects module you can easily register working hours and keep all related information of a project in one place. You can link files, contacts, e-mails etc. to a project.


Bookmarks

Bookmarks allow you create, and share bookmarks to other members of your organization. Rather than relying on your browser or another hosting service, you can save your bookmarks right inside of your office space for later retrieval. Auto-fill means you the description, and other meta data of the site will be inserted into your bookmark automatically.


Popup Reminders

Popup Reminders allow you to create or designated small tasks in the form of popups. While logged into your office space, you will be alerted by sound and a popup to let you know that there is an event that needs your attention.


Time Tracking

Take control of your clients or employees, and keep track of billable hours worked. Time tracking allows you to set, approve, and archive the time spent for a particular activity or event. This module integrates with the project module for true time tracking.


Billing

With the billing module you can create quotes, orders and invoices. The documents can either be printed or you can send them by e-mail as a PDF attachment. You can also enter your expenses.
With the report tool you can easily see your income and expenses. You can create as many books as you want and you can call them whatever you like.


Search

Deep search files using the advanced file search module. Create document bundles and quickly edit custom properties for E-discovery purposes.


Synchronization

Take your office on the road with the Group-Office SyncML and ActiveSync server. Group-Office can synchronize appointments, tasks and contacts with various mobile phones, PDAs and Microsoft Outlook.


WorkFlow

Create customized workflow processes for documents. Streamline your office document processing, and organize your office workflow with a built-in, automated document approval process. Eliminating the need for tedious emails and text messages.
